Trading risk disclosure
Mirrorpipe turns messages from Telegram signal channels into orders on your exchange account. Read this before you switch a route to live.
Leveraged futures can lose more than the margin you post
Mirrorpipe places leveraged perpetual futures orders on Bybit, MEXC and Bitunix. With leverage, a small price move against a trade can wipe out the margin posted for it.
With cross margin, a losing trade draws on the rest of your futures balance, so it can lose more than the margin posted for that trade. In a fast market a stop-loss can fill well past its price, and fees and funding add to every loss.
Signals come from third parties and can be wrong
The channels a route copies are run by people Mirrorpipe does not vet. Their calls can be wrong, late, edited or deleted after you have traded on them.
Mirrorpipe copies what a channel posts. It does not judge whether a trade is a good idea, and a channel’s past results do not predict its future ones.
Automation can fail
No person checks a message before Mirrorpipe trades on it. A message can be misread, an order can be rejected or delayed, and Telegram, your exchange or Mirrorpipe can be unavailable when a signal arrives.
Follow-up messages (move the stop, take profit, close) are acted on only when Manage open trades is on for the route, and only in formats Mirrorpipe recognises. Anything else is left alone, so a position can stay open after its channel said to close it. Check your open positions on the exchange, not only in Mirrorpipe.
Paper results do not guarantee live results
Paper mode and backtests simulate trades from market prices. They fill stops and targets exactly at their prices, leave out fees and funding, and paper mode does not simulate partial closes yet. Live orders can fill at worse prices or not at all.
A backtest replays a channel’s past messages against past prices. The past does not repeat.
Not financial advice
Mirrorpipe is software that copies the signals you choose. Nothing in it, including channel statistics, performance figures and backtests, is a recommendation to buy or sell. You decide which channels to copy, how much to risk on each trade, and when to go live.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
